| Protein Background | NAA10 is a member of the acetyltransferase family. NAA10 interacts with NAA15, HIF-1 and with the ribosome. In its binding to HIF-1, NAA10 functions as a protein acetyltransferase by regulating its stability. In various cell lines, NAA10 is downregulated in response to hypoxia. NAA10 is expressed during the course of the development of the brain. |
