5. Detection Antibody diluent buffer: 12 mL x 1
6. 20 x Wash Solution: 25 ml x 1.
7. TMB color developing agent A: 6 ml.

Background
DLL1 (Delta-like protein 1) is a human homolog of the Notch Delta ligand and is a member of the delta/serrate/jagged family. It is expressed in heart and pancreas, with lower expression in brain and muscle and almost no expression in placenta, lung, liver and kidney. It acts as a ligand for Notch receptors and plays a role in mediating cell fate decisions during hematopoiesis.
