2. One 96-well plate precoated with anti-human EpCAM Ab
3. Sample diluent buffer: 12 mL x 1
4. HRP conjugated anti-Human EpCAM Ab: 1 vial, dilution 1:500.
5. Detection Antibody diluent buffer: 12 mL x 1
6. 20 x Wash Solution: 25 ml x 1.
7. TMB color developing agent A: 6 ml.
8. TMB color developing agent B: 6 ml.

Background
EPCAM is a single-pass type I membrane protein of the EPCAM family. EPCAM is expressed in almost all epithelial cell membranes but not on mesodermal or neural cell membranes. EPCAM is intricately linked with the Cadherin–Catenin pathway and hence the fundamental WNT pathwayresponsible for intracellular signalling and polarity. It has been used as an immunotherapeutic target in the treatment of gastrointestinal, urological and other carcinomas.
