| Description | NUDT9 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 325 amino acids (47-350 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 36.5kDa (molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher).NUDT9 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. |
| Expression host | Escherichia Coli. |
| Formulation | NUDT9 protein solution (1mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol, 1mM DTT and 0.1M NaCl. |
| Protein Background | NUDT9 is a member of a superfamily of Nudix hydrolases. NUDT9 functions as a highly specific adenosine diphosphate ribose pyrophosphatase which hydrolyzes ADP ribose to AMP and ribose 5′-phosphate. In addition, NUDT9 may be involved in the regulation of the menstrual cycle and may be related to the proliferation of glandular cells in the human endometrium. |
| Purity | Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
| Reagent Appearance | Sterile Filtered colorless solution. |
| Stability | NUDT9 Human Recombinant although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles. |
