| Protein Background | RPS7 is a member of the S3P family of ribosomal proteins and is situated in the cytoplasm. RPS7 takes part in ribosomal stress, connecting ribosome biogenesis to cell death or cell cycle arrest. In addition, RPS7 cooperates with MDM2 and negatively regulate the MDM2-mediated degradation of p53. |
